Meet Parker.

 

Parker is our little miracle heart warrior. Born 3 weeks early exhibiting breathing issues at birth they then found the cause was rare congenital heart abnormality, called Taussig-Bing.  This led to open heart surgery on day 9 of his life and a whirlwind of events.  We all give so much thanks to Ronald McDonald House and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Austin, Texas for helping them through this tough time. Although, he still is not completely free and clear, Parker was released to be picked up at his two month appointment, so we got to take his newborn portraits at that time. It took a little more work to get him to settle in than a normal newborn portrait sessions, but it was SO worth it.  One of the most rewarding parts of my job is to be able to witness and document miracles like this.  Keep up the fight our little warrior, we love you sweet boy.
