I originally met Sara when my now husband brought me to be a part of a haunted trail for charity in the River Place community. She was a cute peppy middle schooler at that time. Watching her grow through these years, staying that same girl, full of life and laughter has brought us to a bittersweet time, high school graduation. This gorgeous gal is about to graduate from Westwood High School in Austin, Texas.

When Sara and her mother requested that I take her senior pictures I was honored to be a part of this big moment in Sara’s life. Senior portraits are known to be the most widely seen of any portrait in a person’s life, even more than your wedding pictures. If you think about it, after graduation invites, yearbook pages, rush applications, a senior portrait is one of the last photo shoots some people will have that is all about them. (Maybe besides the 2 seconds you get after walking across the stage at graduation.) It is also a photo that is very commonly displayed in a mothers home forever and passed down to generations to come. So yeah, selecting the right photographer for the job is a big deal. 😉

Enough banter. Sara’s session was an absolute blast, and I feel her personality and beauty jumping right off the photos.
